Returns Proceedure

If you wish to return your goods for any reason, you must contact us prior to shipping, to obtain a returns reference number. Please contact us by: email at; or by telephone on 01245 392105; or by writing to us at Moda2Ride, Unit 204, Waterhouse Business Centre, Cromar Way, Chelmsford, Essex. CM1 2QE. All goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt, quoting the returns reference number.

All goods must be returned unused, in original condition, along with the original packaging and have intact seals, labels and tags. Once the goods have been received and checked by us, your credit/debit card will be refunded within 30 days for the cost of the goods, minus any shipping/carrier costs incurred by us. It is your responsibility to ensure that all goods are undamaged whilst being returned. We therefore recommend that a reputable carrier service, with tracking or receipting services, is employed. The cost and responsibility of returning goods will be borne by you. You will be charged for any damage incurred whilst in transit when returning the product.

In the unlikely event that a customer reports a fault with a purchased product and that product is still under manufacturer’s warranty, Moda2Ride reserve the right to ship the product to Dainese for verification of said fault and for either rectification of said fault, replacement of product like with like, or re-imbursement of monies paid by the customer, excluding any expenses incurred by Moda2Ride, at the sole discretion of Moda2Ride.

Should you wish to exchange goods for a different size, the cost of re-shipping the new product, for the first time only, will be borne by us.

Your legal and statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by our returns policy.
